Website Re-design (Change boring to UNIQUE & CLEVER)

I am looking to change my BORING/STATIC site.

Would like the NEW site to be INTERESTING, UNIQUE, UNUSUAL, CLEVER (not your average site - definitely no templates).

The business is a technology consulting firm specializing in Training, Network/Server Management, Computer Repair, Hardware/Software Sales, Workstation Maintenance, Logo/Branding design, Website design, and website maintenance.

Customers include retail, non-profit, residential, small business.

Would like a portfolio page with website samples and logo samples as well as prices.

Would like to start sending a monthly technology newsletter.

Would like a page devoted to technology reviews.

Would like to setup an ecommerce store (technology+gadgets) on site (please show experience in this)

Payment will be made in full at the end of the project. With possibility of many future projects. I need a designer that can complete FAST turnarounds. For example, I frequently need page edits or designs within 12 to 24 hours after notification
