Enhace a WebSite !

We have a website that has just been developed. We would like to have the following:

1 - Do up the graphics in the full site - all pages - and enhance the overall look of the site - and relay pages.
2 - Additional few features need to be added - nothing too major
3 - Detailed specs will be provided

Looking for vendors with outstanding capabilities and experience in php, graphics and completing the project within the time frame. We are looking at closing this withing 4 weeks of awarding the project. Short listed vendors will be provided all details of the site on pms.
