Website design/re-design joomla freelance site

I want a re-design of my site www.freelancesolutions4u.com with logo im looking at a site like getafreelance.com :-) just a design and logo with a few other modules needed to be installed and maybe a few sections of the site moved around.

I will also want a new user menu created and moved to a better area in the user private section of the site.
