Freelancers.co.nr need Re-design & Logo, SEO and SignUps

Now the site ("freelancers.co.nr") works on Joomla 1.0.15.

I need to be done:
1. Choose and send me New domain (only .com) name suggestions - send me a sample (free .com domain).
2. Migration Joomla from 1.0.15 to 1.5.xx (the last version), ~250 content pages, no special components, need experience.
3. Redesign - New J1.5 template (red, white, maybe gray as well) - show me template links to choose.
4. New, small, simple and beauty logo for the new template.
5. Some SEO work - links, user signups, forum posts, blog posts, etc. - I need both traffic and new user signups - explain in your bid.
That's all.

P.S. Please, include in your bid "with SEO" or "without SEO" (5.) work?
Every bid without "free .com suggestion" and "with/without SEO" will be removed.
