Want to have a music forum/chat built

Our name musikkforum.no will need also to create an logo and a simple design like audiotube.
Also adapt the same features like audiotube.com

Need to have a good adverticing/banner solution wich know wich country the visitor are from and show the ad spesific for the targeted country.

Need to have a good admin control panel to control the whole site with updates, add videos etc..
want to make an RSS feed on all kinds of music videos posted on youtube that get s integrated at our site musikkforum.no
