WHMCS and joomla integration for webhosting site

Need a setup for a webhosting site with joomla WHMCS and a domain name registration.
I have a joomla installation and on process of getting a VPS/dedicated server. I would need
1- Integration WHMCS with Joomla 1.5
2. Joomla site and WHMCS cart Menu must be fully integrated. This means:
Full WHMCS menu interaction with Joomla Menu/Submenu (without redundancy)
Open new-Delete-Edit on Products/Services of WHMCS to intergraded and auto update content in Joomla site.
3. Integration with / chat
4. Directing the hosting plans to my dedicated server

previous project with WHMCS integration with Joomla needed.
