Looking for a programmer who can make a 2D pool game multipl

I have a project, a website, and a programmer now is creating the script. It will be a PTC, a website that paid users for see advertisements. So I want to add games. The pool game that I want could be like the pool game of yahoo. The idea is that users can play each other and have a record of win-lose matchs . Also, I want to have a ranking monthly on my website of the best players (players who have the best records). The deadline I want is 2-3 weeks
