Drug Pricing and Pharmacy Locator

Drug pricing and pharmacy locator functionality to be added to existing website. Please use ASP and MS Access database. Drug pricing piece should be similar in style and functionality to the following website: http://easydrugcard.agelity.com/easydrugcard/drugPricing.aspx

The following functionality is needed:
* Website visitors should be able to enter a part or all of a drug name and hit search. A drop down list should appear with the visitor given the ability to select from the list and hit "Find Drugs"

* After hitting "Find Drugs", a prompt for visitor to enter: 1.Quantity, 2.Zip Code 3.Search Radius (drop down in miles from zip code) and hit "Search". Needs to be similar to following website:

* After hitting "Search", a list of pharmacies within radius should appear with distance from zip code and the price of the drug. Price of drug should be calculated based upon a standard formula of "Quantity" (entered by visitor) times "Price per Qty" (as entered by site administrator in MS Access database) plus $2.00
