Simple Exe file that opens a url download

I need an exe file that opens a url link for a download

for example

I need an exe file

download.exe

this file when run would open a url http://mysite.com/realdownload.exe (this should be seamless and just appear that the original exe file is the download)

I need the code for this so I can change the exe file name and the url link to as many as I need.

this should be a simple project so bid reasonably
